Ordered this as it said recharger fit 680. No way the connector was too wide to fit into Garmin.

This thing works great, and salvaged my Christmas road trip. One tip, though. If you use the Garmin nuvi 660, you need to plug this thing into the black thing that clips onto the back of the unit, NOT the unit itself.
