I just received this item (in the midnight color), and it is different from what is pictured above (there is no radio or clock built in). The picture for the mist color is correct.

The system has amazing sound for its size — it’s bass, treble, and volume range are much better than the Kensington system it’s replacing. Additionally, the system comes with a cord for the auxiliary port, which is handy for non-iPod systems.

If you’re looking for the item that matches this picture, see [........].

This is a terriffic speaker for my I-Pod Touch 3 gen. Sound is awesome and charges the 3 generation I-Pod Touch with no problem. I have it in my kitchen and it is a really nice looking unit – very compact and easy yo use.

For that price… just good; will be nice HD radio. Big time miss… batteries. Not for outdoors.

I was looking for a lightweight, portable i-pod speaker, mainly to use outdoors on a backyard deck. I did not need a clock, a radio, or battery power, but I wanted decent sound. This works perfectly for that intended use, and I did not have to pay for features I would not use. My teenage kids now use it more than I do.

… it needs improved song navigation controls including a remote that does something more than simply move to the next or previous song.
